Cloud Assist's dedicated support desk team provides a 9 - 5 support desk.

Cloud Assist does not outsource its helpdesk overseas.  We offer both first and second level support through our  local Australian Support desk for Gmail for Business and Google Apps.
 

Cloud Assist provides a service level agreement that is standard to every support package we offer that provides gaurantees and penalties which we stand by.

Cloud Assist has 5 Local Australian Google Apps Certified deployment specialists on hand for quick escalation of of problems by our front-line support specialists.
 
As an Authorised Reseller of both Google Apps and Postini, and a focus partner of Google in Australia / NZ, we have priority access into the Google enterprise support team.

The Cloud Assist Support team do not send canned responses.  Every support ticket that comes through is read thoroughly before we respond.

Cloud Assist Support packages are easy to calculate!  $10 per user per month for 1st Level Support (where your users can phone us directly), or $5 per user per month for 2nd Level Support (where your nominated IT Support person contacts us on behalf of your users).  Custom support packages are available for larger clients or clients with multi or extended timezone support requirements.
